How to lose weight for summer

Похудела на 5 кг

Today I’ll tell you what helps me look like a slender reed every summer when I eat my sides and belly during the winter. I traditionally gain 5-7 kg for the winter, like a bear I save fat for the cold season. And as soon as spring comes, a healthy transformation of my body begins. I’m not trying to lose weight on purpose – I think this is the most important key to success in any business! Try to be better than you were yesterday, not better than some person on the Internet! After all, being slim and fit is good for your health and well-being.

Caster board – #1 / Introduction – Ripstik, Waveboard, Vigorboard, Rollersurf, two wheel skateboard..

We are starting a new series of tutorial videos dedicated to Casterboard:

Caster board, Ripstik, Waveboard, Vigorboard, Rollersurf, two-wheeled skateboard.. No matter how they call this innovative sports equipment. It is more correct to call it the same way as the creators called it – caster board. A “caster” is the suspension on which the wheel is held, hence the name “casterboard”. However, so far in Russia this sport is only gaining popularity and there is no single name. Therefore, we will also call this shell differently, while trying to use the “casterboard” more often.

By riding a ripstik, you increase your endurance, strength of your legs, abs and back, develop balance and coordination of movements. The casterboard does not go very fast, but turns very well, which allows you to perform outlandish tricks and at the same time avoid falls at high speed, which is good not only for the rider, but also for passers-by. Unlike a skateboard, you don’t have to push off with your foot when moving; you ride due to the fact that you are repelled by your mass.

A casterboard is more than just a board on two wheels… it’s a convenient means of transportation; excellent trainer; a stylish projectile that will emphasize your individuality.

Review of my yarn: Alize, winter and autumn Pekhorka

Like any beginner knitter, I bought myself a whole box of yarn. In this post I will share my impressions of each hank. Which yarn made you happy and which disappointed? I took a variety of yarn, chose from a photo on the Internet and also ordered online. In fact, you don’t always get what you expect if you don’t see the yarn live.

Mohair

I have two yarns to compare – mohair from Alize Classic and gray mohair from Camtex. I liked the gray Kamtex more to the touch, softer, but climbs more strongly. Purple mohair Alize – more synthetic to the touch, but sheds much less, the color is very bright and stylish! Mohair, especially natural, is a warm yarn for the winter! Runs great and doesn’t wobble. A big minus of mohair is that pieces of “wool” climb like from a cat. Washing things from mohair is a big hassle, only hand wash. Continue reading

Homemade cottage cheese recipe

Did you know that if you pour milk into a saucepan and leave it for 1-2 days at room temperature, you get curdled milk, and a layer of cream on top? We remove the cream with a spoon, and from the remaining jelly (essentially sour milk) for 15-20 minutes, cottage cheese is cooked on the smallest fire (precipitates at a temperature of about 70 ° C). As soon as the mixture has cooled, we remove the liquid through a fine sieve, and the curd is ready. Continue reading
